He is a fighter and is still in the healing process. Legislation has been introduced by Representative Mark Hall of Bradley County, TN that will make it a Class B felony under T.C.A. 40-35-111 to assault a law enforcement partner such as Joker, whether a K-9 or horse. This petition is a voice to let our elected officials know that we support "Joker's Law". Help us by using your voice via your signature to let Legislators know this bill is important and supported by you. We will post locations across TN where you can go to sign the petition as we distribute them. We are also looking into a possible virtual option to come hopefully in the near future. Check back regularly, share the page and posts with your friends to help us raise awareness. Be the voice of those who can't speak for themselves. #JokersLaw #MakeItMatter https://www.facebook.com/TheJokersLawPetitionProject
